Maria Adelaida has been a partner at Arrubla Devis since 2025. Previously, she worked at Suma Legal and at La Lonja de Propiedad Raíz in Medellín and Antioquia, where she worked as a real estate attorney. She has extensive experience in notarial, registry, and real estate law. She currently participates in the structuring of residential, commercial, service, and mixed-use real estate projects, from inception to completion.

She is a university professor of undergraduate, graduate and continuing education courses in the Department of Contracts and Real Estate Law at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, the Medellín Real Estate Exchange, ESUMER and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
