Camilo is a lawyer from the Universidad Javeriana, with more than 30 years of professional experience, advising private companies in the port, health, infrastructure and energy sectors. He is an expert in corporate conflict resolution and litigation strategies, as well as in Administrative Law.

He was director of the State Legal Defense Agency, Superintendent of Companies, High Commissioner for Peace, private secretary to the President of the Republic, manager of the Public Services Company of Bogotá and director of AGREMGAS. He heads the Public Law practice, with a focus on public procurement and legal strategies with and for State entities.
