Gustavo has been part of Arrubla Devis since 1989 and has more than 30 years of experience as a consultant and litigator. He has exceptional knowledge of commercial and civil litigation, both from a substantive point of view and in relation to its procedural particularities.

He has extensive experience in structuring extraordinary appeals, especially those for review and cassation before the Supreme Court of Justice. He has also led processes in administrative law and arbitration courts. As a consultant, he has been instrumental in negotiation processes and in the implementation of alternative mechanisms for conflict resolution.
