Isabella has been an associate at Arrubla Devis since 2020. She has experience in consulting on corporate, contractual and tax matters, from advising national and international clients on the incorporation of companies and the management of their routine obligations, to the structuring of tax planning schemes for individuals and legal entities.

She has participated in advising startups and scale-ups on international corporate structuring and due diligence processes. She also has experience in advising and representing civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation. Isabella is part of the Marketing and Communications team at the office.
