Manuela has been an associate at Arrubla Devis since 2025. Previously, she served as a judicial clerk at the firm Alfonso Cadavid Quintero, providing support in criminal and civil litigation. 

She has a special interest in civil, commercial, family, arbitration, and corporate law. She has been an academic and research instructor in Family Law at EAFIT University, an active member of the Arbitration and Litigation Seminar and the IUS committee of the Student Organization. She also participated in the Family Law Research Seminar and was elected as a student representative for the Law program in 2023. She participated in the Sixth National Arbitration Competition of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia, where she received recognition for best speaker and was part of the winning team in the oral phase. She was also a member of the second-place team in the first "Hernán Fabio López" National Insurance Law Moot Court at the Externado de Colombia University.
