Carlos has experience in civil, commercial and insurance law, aswell as in contractual and liability matters. Previously he worked as an associate of the law firm Salazar Pardo y Jaramillo. He has also had experience in national and international arbitration.
He has been a professor of Roman Law II, Contracts I, and Contracts II (shared professorships) at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá. He has been author and guest lecturer of publications and papers, both nationally and internationally, and has served as peer reviewer of the journal Vniversitas of the Law School of the Universidad Javeriana. He is a founding member, as well as a member of the board of directors of the Colombian Institute of Consumer Law.
