Jaime Esteban has been a member of Arrubla Devis since 2015 and is currently a partner at the Firm. Previously, he worked in the law firms Esguerra Asesores Jurídicos in Bogotá and Gómez Villares Atencia in Malagá, Spain. He has extensive experience consulting in contractual matters as well as in private and public law litigation.
Additionally, he actively participates in arbitral proceedings and other methods of alternative dispute resolution. He has been a law professor of the Obligations and Contracts courses at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, author of several legal articles and has participated as speaker in different conferences regarding tort and contractual law.
