Ana María has been an associate since 2025. She graduated as a lawyer from the University of Medellín, with an emphasis on labor and social security law. She has extensive experience in corporate law firms, advising companies on labor matters.

During his training, he completed internships at the Ministry of Labor, a Circuit Labor Court, and the Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Medellín.
