The firm was founded in 1988 by Jaime Arrubla Paucar —former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice and a leading authority on Colombian commercial law— together with Consuelo Devis Saavedra, consultant, litigator and professor of constitutional and administrative law.
Today we have offices in Medellín and Bogotá and a team of more than thirty professionals. Since 2014 we have expanded our reach with new services and the arrival of top-level leaders —among them Camilo Gómez Alzate, former Superintendent of Companies and former director of the National Agency for the Legal Defense of the State.
We thus bring institutional, judicial and academic experience to the service of every client.
