Angélica María Aguirre

Angélica is a lawyer from Universidad EAFIT and a candidate for a master's degree in labor law, labor procedure and social security at Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has more than four years of experience advising companies on labor matters, from day-to-day consultations and support to legal audits and the implementation of good labor practices.

She has also worked in immigration law, supporting companies in the hiring and regularization of foreign workers and their families, as well as foreign individuals in their own filings. Her practice is complemented by commercial and corporate advisory work, which gives her a comprehensive view of the business legal environment.
