Camilo is a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana with more than 30 years of professional experience advising private companies in the port, healthcare, infrastructure and energy sectors. He is an expert in shareholder dispute resolution and litigation strategy, as well as administrative law.
He served as director of the National Agency for the Legal Defense of the State, Superintendent of Companies, High Commissioner for Peace, private secretary to the President of the Republic, manager of Bogotá's public utilities company and director of AGREMGAS.
