Carlos Toro

Carlos has been an associate at Arrubla Devis since 2025. He previously served as legal secretary of the Superior Tribunal of the Antioquia Football League. He has a special interest in sports law and litigation, particularly in private law, public international law and criminal law.

He was an academic monitor in the criminal law area of Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana for two consecutive terms. He took part in the ICON-S National Seminar and the XIV International Congress on Constitutional Procedural Law, and contributed to drafting the Antioquia Football League's protocol for preventing, addressing and eradicating gender-based violence in sport. He is currently in his tenth semester of law school at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
