Profile
Cristina is a partner at Arrubla Devis and has been with the firm since 2016. She has experience advising on contractual matters in both private and public law, and is actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration tribunals and extraordinary appeals.
She has taught General Theory of Legal Transactions in the commercial law specialization at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and Contracts I in the law program of the same university. She is co-author of the article on the pandemic and contractual liability published in the journal of the Colombian Academy of Jurisprudence.
