Elizabeth has been a partner at Arrubla Devis since 2025. Previously, she worked at Champman Wilches, where she served as Regional Manager of Labor Relations and Commercial Law. She has extensive experience in corporate, labor, and commercial matters. She has also led multiple legal audits, due diligence, and structuring strategies to mitigate legal risks in key projects.

She was appointed by the Supreme Court of Justice as an arbitrator before the Ministry of Labor to resolve collective disputes involving unions and worker groups. She also teaches the Collective Labor Law module of the Labor Law specialization program at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She currently directs the labor law practice at the Firm.
