Profile
Elizabeth has been a partner at Arrubla Devis since 2025. She previously worked at Chapman Wilches, where she served as regional manager for labor relations and commercial law. She has broad experience in corporate, labor and commercial matters, and has led multiple legal audits, due diligence processes and risk-mitigation strategies in key projects.
She was appointed by the Supreme Court of Justice as an arbitrator before the Ministry of Labor to resolve collective disputes involving unions and groups of workers. She also teaches the collective labor law module in the labor law specialization at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She currently leads the firm's labor law practice.
