Felipe Piquero Villegas has broad experience in public law, with a distinguished track record in dispute resolution through arbitration and administrative litigation, as well as regulatory advisory work.

He has successfully advised and represented public and private entities in complex disputes, designing strategies for resolving controversies before arbitration tribunals and the administrative jurisdiction. He has also built solid experience as a consultant in the energy sector —including renewables and solar projects—, healthcare and trusts, leading regulatory risk analysis and management, business model optimization and compliance processes.
