Juan Pablo Castaño

Juan Pablo has been an associate at Arrubla Devis since 2023. He has experience in advisory and litigation in consumer, commercial, civil and constitutional law. He previously served as ad honorem law clerk at the Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Medellín, excellence intern at the Government of Antioquia, and senior officer at municipal civil courts in Medellín.

His practice focuses on dispute resolution, with an approach centered on risk prevention and damage mitigation. He is a certified conciliator in law from Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana and was a junior researcher at the university's Constitutional Law Observatory, with an emphasis on strategic litigation. He currently coordinates the firm's litigation area.
