Laura Catalina Ocampo

Laura has been an associate at Arrubla Devis since 2025. She previously worked as an associate lawyer at Uribe Henao Abogados and as a legal assistant at B&O Abogados. She is a lawyer with honors from Universidad EAFIT, with an emphasis in business and international law, where she also completed a diploma course in intellectual property.

She is currently pursuing a master's in law with an emphasis in business law and a specialization in corporate law at the same university, and completed a course in M&A and corporate transactions at Universidad del Rosario.

She has experience in commercial, corporate, contractual, tax and foreign exchange advisory work, covering the incorporation and winding-up of companies, legal compliance, contracts, corporate secretariat, due diligence and wealth planning. She has also advised domestic and international clients on M&A and venture capital transactions.
