Lorena Vargas

Lorena has been a managing associate since 2021 and part of the firm since 2015. She previously worked in the intellectual property and data protection area of Velasco y Calle D'Aleman. She has broad experience in intellectual property, technology transfer and competition law, as well as real estate and urban planning advisory work.

She also has a track record in civil and commercial litigation, administrative proceedings and extraordinary appeals. She has taught intellectual property in the commercial law specialization at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
