Susana Duque

Susana has been an associate at Arrubla Devis since 2024. She is a lawyer from Universidad EAFIT, with an emphasis in commercial law, tax and intellectual property.

She has experience advising on corporate, commercial and contractual matters, as well as advising domestic and international clients on intellectual property, technology transfer, regulatory affairs, new technologies and competition law, focusing on legal structuring, contract negotiation and legal risk mitigation.
