Yuliana Medina is a paralegal on the Business team in Bogotá. She supports the lawyers in the corporate practice: company incorporations, minutes of shareholders' and board meetings, monitoring of clients' corporate and regulatory obligations, and review of commercial contracts.
She also helps prepare memoranda on compliance obligations and takes part in the regulatory monitoring the firm carries out for its clients.
