Gustavo has been a part of Arrubla Devis since 1989, with more than 30 years’ experience as a consulting and practicing attorney. He is director of litigation, with exceptional knowledge in commercial and civil proceedings, both from a substantial and procedural perspective.

He has expertise structuring and drafting extraordinary appeals, in particular those of revision and cassation before the Supreme Court of Justice. Additionally, he has directed both administrate and arbitral cases. As consultant he has been instrumental in the process of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution methods.
