Rafael has been a member of Arrubla Devis since 2015 and is currently a partner at the Firm. Previously, he worked in the law firms Posse Herrera Ruiz and VGCD in Bogotá and in the Ministry of Interior as an advisor to the minister’s office. He has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, as well as in contractual matters, both in consulting and litigation. Additionally, he actively participates in arbitral proceedings.

Moreover, he has been a law professor of the International Public Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá and of the postgraduate degrees on Private Law and Commercial Law in the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín. He has participated as coach in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and is currently a law professor of the Contracts II course in the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
